Terms of Service

ProMongoDB is operated by ZAYNO PTE. LTD., an Exempt Private Company Limited by Shares incorporated in Singapore on 15 May 2025, with registered office at 12 Woodlands Square, Woods Square, Singapore 737715 (the "Company", "we", "us").

In these Terms, "you" means the individual or legal entity accessing the ProMongoDB services.

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using ProMongoDB, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Once payment is confirmed, we grant you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access the purchased course or cohort for personal, non-commercial learning.

• Self-paced courses: lifetime access for the individual purchaser, subject to these Terms.
• Instructor-led cohorts: access to the live sessions of the specific cohort you booked plus post-cohort recordings.
• You may not share credentials, redistribute materials, or use content to train machine-learning models.

All prices are listed in euros (EUR) and are the final amount charged. No sales tax or VAT is added at checkout.

Payments are processed by our payment providers. Where invoicing is offered, invoices are due net 14 days from issue unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Refund entitlements are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or automated bulk downloading of course content.
• No resale, sublicensing, or public performance of course materials.
• No harassment of instructors, staff or cohort members.
• No unlawful, infringing or deceptive use of the services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this section, with or without notice.

All course content, code samples, slides, recordings, trademarks and site design are owned by ZAYNO PTE. LTD. or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

Courses may reference or link to third-party tools (including MongoDB, MongoDB Atlas, Node.js, Python and other ecosystem tooling). ProMongoDB is an independent education provider and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by MongoDB, Inc. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied or statutory, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you in your country of residence.
